 1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Gloves must be in original condition: unworn, & unwashed. 

2. Initiating a Return:

Customers must contact our customer service team via email to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

3. Preparing the Return:

Once an RA number is issued, securely package the gloves in their original packaging.

Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping the Return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Keep the shipping receipt until the refund is processed.

5. Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect the returned gloves, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Notification of the refund will be sent via email.

6. Exchange Policy:

For exchanges, customers should initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Free shipping on all orders above $99 AUD. Orders below $99 will have a flat rate of $14 AUD Australia wide.

DTL.3 works with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. You will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.  

Yes, please contact us at admin@dtl3.com for orders outside of Australia.

Our gloves are designed in Australia and made in Pakistan.
